CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICIES
Please be advised that in order to book a service you must have a card on file for our No-Show protection policy.
Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Glow by Nikki holds the right to charge the full price of the service booked if your appointment not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice.
We ask that you confirm your appointments when the confirmation text & email is sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment. We will also give you a phone call. If you fail to confirm your appointment we reserve the right to cancel and charge the full amount of the appointment.
LATE POLICY
If you are 10 minutes late, you will automatically get charged a $20 fee.
After that we hold the right cancel and reschedule your appointment and charge it as a late cancellation which is 100% of the service. We understand things do come up, we kindly ask you let us know ahead of time and plan accordingly for your appointment.
PACKAGES & GIFT CARD POLICIES
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy apply to appointments part of a package or series. Please refer back to our Cancellations & Rescheduling tab.
All packages must be used within 6 months of date of purchase.
All credits or gift cards are good for 6 months.
