FAQ

  • WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY?
    Please be advised that in order to book a service you must have a card on file for our No-Show protection policy. Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Glow by Nikki holds the right to charge the full price of the service booked if your appointment not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice. We ask that you confirm your appointments when the confirmation text & email is sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment. We will also give you a phone call. If you fail to confirm your appointment we reserve the right to cancel and charge the full amount of the appointment. If full payment is not received for the late cancellation or No-Show within 7 days, you will be terminated as client indefinitely from Glow By Nikki. You must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Glow By Nikki. A client that cancels 3 times consecutively risks being terminated as a client from our spa. This includes deposits or prepaid packages. If the appointment is part of a package, you will lose that session and will be subject to paying a $50 fee. After three offenses, this will result in the client losing their package. We value your time and expect the same in return. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
  • Can I bring a child or guest to my appointment?
    To uphold the safest environment possible we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. For teens 13+ receiving services, you must have a parent or legal guardian present.
  • What is your late policy?
    If you are 10 minutes late, you will automatically get charged a $20 fee. After that we hold the right cancel and reschedule your appointment and charge it as a late cancellation which is 100% of the service. We understand things do come up, we kindly ask you let us know ahead of time and plan accordingly for your appointment.
  • What are you policies for packages & Gift Cards?
    Our cancellation and rescheduling policy apply to appointments part of a package or series. Please refer back to our Cancellations & Rescheduling tab. All packages must be used within 6 months of date of purchase. All credits or gift cards are good for 6 months.
  • What is your refund & return policy?
    All services and packages are non refundable. All retail sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once it leaves the spa. If you received a damaged product please email us within 10 days at glowbynr@gmail.com so we can reach out to the company and provide you with the necessary information to contact them directly for a resolution.
  • What are your shipping costs ?
    Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.
  • How long will shipping take?
    Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing. All orders will be prepared and shipped during our business hours, Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m.— 6 p.m. Eastern Time. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day. After processing, shipping can take 5-10 business days. You will receive an email from us with the tracking number. Skin Script products are subject to being dropped shipped directly from the SS company if the product ordered is not in stock at our spa.
